Nevada promos

Not available in Nevada

• Vivid Picks — CLOSED — Vivid Picks shut down July 15, 2025 (announced on its own homepage; no new deposits from Jul 15, 2025, play-through ended Jul 18, 2025). Not available in any state. Supersedes the pre-closure state lists from aggregators.
• Fliff — Exclusion list is from Fliff's official Fliff Cash Sweepstakes Rules. CA sweepstakes cash mode is banned under AB 831 effective 2026-01-01 and CA is excluded; free-play Fliff Coins may remain. Separately, Fliff launched Superstars real-money DFS on 2026-01-01 in 11 states (CA, UT, NM, ND, SD, KS, MN, KY, WV, SC, RI) - that is a different product from the sweepstakes sportsbook. Some aggregator summaries of the rules add DC, GA and SC as restricted; they are not in the official text retrieved. TX, FL, NC, GA, IL, OH, PA are not excluded for sweepstakes play.
• Courtside — Exclusion list is from Courtside's official Sweepstakes Rules (courtside.app). Aggregators conflict with the official text: FantasyAlarm eligible-state lists (39-41 states) include ME, WA and TN in some versions while excluding IN in others. Per the official rules, CA and NY are excluded; TX, FL, NC, GA, IL, OH, PA, AZ, CO are not excluded.
• Onyx Odds — Exclusion list is from Onyx Odds' official Sweepstakes Rules; CA is excluded. Onyx's Terms of Use reportedly restrict a different set (adding IL and MD, omitting CA, IN, ME) - the operator's own documents conflict, so IL/MD status is document-dependent; under the Sweepstakes Rules both are available. TX, FL, NC, GA, OH, PA, AZ are not excluded.
• Polymarket — Polymarket US (QCX/CFTC) unavailable in 9 states per multiple Oct 2026 aggregators; prediction.com lists only 8 (omits WA). NV is court-blocked; others are mainly sports-contract restrictions - platform terms for elections list only NV.
• Kalshi — Platform-level list (41 states+DC) per prediction.com Oct 2026; restrictions are largely sports/other categories in many sources - WA limited to finance/climate/commodities per court order, and some sources list only MI+NV in Kalshi's own election terms. Sports contracts contested in many other states.
• Fanatics Markets — Official Fanatics Markets availability page: 22 states listed, plus territories AS, GU, PR, USVI (not in state list). Some older aggregator lists add WA/WI - not on official Oct 2026 page. 21+.
• Wanna Parlay — Paid-entry contests only; free-to-play in all 50 states. 22-state list per RotoGrinders/VegasInsider/WSN bonuses. WSN review lists an expanded set adding CO, NC, VT and DC - CO/NC/VT are disputed/possible recent expansion.
• Robinhood Predictions — Sports event contracts restricted in MD, NJ, NV; other contracts nationwide. Platform/economic contracts in all 50 states per DeFi Rate (verified Oct 10, 2026). Sports contracts not permitted in MD, NJ, NV per DeFi Rate and most sources; BettingUSA and Oct 2026 MI court reports add MI (Robinhood agreed to close MI sports contracts by Oct 9). No DC statement in source - DC not included.
• Splash Sports — Confirmed: core platform except CT,DE,HI,ID,IA,LA,MS,MT,NV,PA,WA per RotoWire and SportsBettingDime (Oct 2026). Contest-specific eligibility differs - e.g. some Survivor promos list 40 states+DC including CT and AZ; older official Terms listed a different set including NY, IN. Available list here includes DC.
• PlaySqor — WSN/FantasyAlarm lists total 21 states, not 22 as in task premise - count verified from enumerated list. No DC in source list.
• ThriveFantasy — 30 states + DC per ATS.io state table (available = all but AL,AZ,HI,ID,IN,IA,LA,ME,MS,MO,MT,NV,NH,NJ,OH,PA,TN,VT,VA,WA). Other sources conflict: RotoGrinders lists 33 states including NJ/NH/NY/OH, WorldPopulationReview lists a different 33 - ATS table is the most explicit state-by-state source found.
• Gemini Predictions — Excluded list confirmed by DeFi Rate (active Oct 24, 2026, for its offer/checker) and DeFi Rate politics page citing platforms' own terms. Caveats: Gemini launched claiming all 50 states and prediction.com says platform in all 50 with market availability varying; Gemini also reported to have halted CT sports contracts Oct 7, 2026 - CT not in DeFi Rate's Oct 24 list.
• Coinbase Prediction Markets — Confirmed from Coinbase's own help page: prediction markets available to US residents only, excluding NV and MI (task premise mentioned NV only - MI also excluded). Operated via Kalshi / Coinbase Financial Markets.
• Sporttrade — Official Sporttrade help: licensed in AZ, CO, IA, NJ, VA - task's 4-state list (CO, IA, NJ, VA) is outdated, AZ added. One help page notes exchange wagering is currently unavailable in IA (sportsbook mode only there).
• ProphetX — Sports-only exchange. Most aggregators (Legal Sports Report, Covers, SI) still list nationwide except NV only; GamingToday Oct 2026 review and CT DCP reports (Oct 6-7) say ProphetX halted CT operations after Sep 10 cease-and-desist, so CT added here - treat CT as disputed/recent.
• Novig — Confirmed from Novig's own support page: available nationwide except AZ, MI, NV (47 states+DC). 21+.
